is a filmmaker, voice actor, scribbler and public relations professional based in the Los Angeles area.
In 2008, Evan worked on his first film as an assistant director and has been hooked ever since. About a year later he wrote the outline for what would become his first feature length script (Six Dead, None the Wiser.) and quickly became attracted to the art of storytelling. Over time, he began pursuing voice acting, illustrating as well as filmmaking professionally.
After graduating from the University of California, San Diego where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, Evan went on to start Chaffee Public Relations - “CPR - Breathing Life Into Your Brand.” In that capacity Evan worked closely with and advised a diverse client list in developing their strategic objectives and communication needs.
As an Eagle Scout, Evan was elected to serve as the National Chief (President) of the Boy Scouts of America honor society. During his yearlong term of office, he traveled the world giving speeches and training members of the BSA community. For several years, Evan also served on the National Executive Committee of the Boy Scouts of America and assisted in writing as well as editing the 100th Anniversary Boy Scout Handbook.
Evan is thoroughly devoted to public service. He has served as a Planning Commissioner for his hometown of San Juan Capistrano, assisted the Capistrano Unified School District as a member of the Instructional Material Review Committee, and supported the Camino Real Playhouse as a member of the Board of Directors. On occasion, Evan writes articles for several Orange County periodicals and lectures at SOKA University of America as well as El Camino College.
